Guidelines for Replacement
From the very first day, it has been our sincere effort to supply our customers with first-grade produce/products and service. By the grace of Almighty, we have been able to do so within our capacity and means.
We assure our valued customers that all our fruits are carefully selected, graded, and packed in presentable cartons. The fruits do not go through many hands before reaching you — direct from the orchard to your table.
As a courtesy, we encourage you to pass the word around so that your relatives, colleagues, and friends can enjoy the same quality fruits as yourself.
One of the privileges we provide to our valued customers is the option to exchange any spoiled mangoes with fresh ones, as we strongly believe our customers deserve to enjoy the full quantity they purchase from us.
Perhaps Dabzee is the only company in Malaysia offering such service.
Please note that this is a privilege and not a right.
Replacement Policy
We will consider replacements under the following circumstances:
Any mangoes or other fruits that are spoiled 25% or more can be replaced with fresh ones, provided you inform us on the day of delivery or the next day.
Customers are kindly requested to WhatsApp or email images of the spoiled mangoes/fruits. This feedback helps us share details with our exporters in Pakistan and continue to improve our quality.
Fruits that are spoiled less than 25%, or those that the customer simply does not like (without reason), cannot be replaced.
Replacements can be collected at our premises or arranged during the delivery of your next order.
